Drury Southwest team members recently met in San Antonio for their first session of the Seven Habits of Highly Effective People follow-up training. The Drury Southwest executive team sees the importance of investing in its employees and giving them the skills needed to do their jobs more effectively. This training gives employees the opportunity to maximize their abilities and productivity and to work as a team to achieve company goals while at the same time focusing on their personal development.
To kick off the first session, team members from across our company met in San Antonio to get to know each other better and tour the various offices, divisions and developments in the area. The facilitators are Drury Southwest’s very own employees where they are able to discuss challenges and opportunities, share personal experiences, and review best practices with their colleagues.
